iPad only!

This tweak implements a simple macOS-like emoji picker for iPad. When using an external keyboard, press Command + Control + Space to bring up the emoji picker, which allows you to search for emoji by name and pick one to insert into the focused text field.

Known issues:

• Doesn't work in some apps that use custom text engines (such as Swift Playgrounds)
• There's currently no way to close the picker without selecting an emoji 😅
