What is it?

A Xen HTML One Page Widget (OPW), i.e. we provide a ready made Homescreen setup that you're require to get it working with no effort at all! Lumia OPW, will provide a full MetroUI Setup similar to those all old Windows Phones, specially Nokia Lumia Phones we all were a fan of. It provides a similar Windows Phone experience of what you can ask from a Windows Phone! With the ability to add custom made Tile Setups in the Start Screen, and an App List that helps you pin apps to the Start menu, similar to how Windows Phones worked. What's awesome about it, it just runs like it should just with Xen HTML.
Here's a small Promo of the Widget

Features?

A Start Screen with tons of customizations like:

  • Ability to change the color of the Tile individually,
  • Ability to change the Size of the Tile individually (as small, medium, wide and large)
  • Ability to move the tiles freely to the position you want it to be if you misplaced it.
  • Ability to disable live tiles (to save battery)
  • Ability to pin unlimited number of tiles/apps (Notice: even if you can do it, be careful to the amount of tiles you add, as adding more than 20 tiles, my testers have reported random freezes on the Widget, which will be discussed in detail in this Depiction)
  • Scrolling up and down when if you exceed the amount of Tiles that can be viewed on the screen.

An App Drawer(App List) with the following features like:

  • A search bar to quickly search for the app you want to open/pin to start screen.
  • Launch/open the apps
  • Alphabetical Menu to quickly scroll to your desired group of Apps whose initials matches the initials of the Alphabet you chose.

Overall Features:

  • Scrolling left and right to get to the Start Screen and App List respectively.
  • A Navigation Bat at the bottom with a Windows button that also helps you to scroll left and right between the Start Screen and App List respectively when either is opened.
  • Miscellaneous extra Settings available in the Xen HTML Widget Settings.

Some important information

Before Buying -

This Widget is Resource Heavy, it means it will Surely Drain Battery and also use up the Device's RAM! Some Testers have also experienced Freezes on their devices when being used for so long and have more than 20 tiles pinned on the Homescreen! Check out Instructions how to fix this Issue Below, but be aware about it before buying this Widget.

Refund Policy -

  • Any Refund Request Reason related to the Above Before Buying Warning, will be Rejected!
  • Refund Requests will be Rejected after 1 day of Use.
  • Funny Reasons like, "bought accidently", "I thought it was for android", etc. will be Rejected!

Instructions -

How to cope with Resource Usage?

Go to Xen HTML's settings -> Advanced -> Under Battery Management, use the Mode as High! Testers have experienced very less battery drain and ram usage with this Method, and fixes the Freezing Problems!

How to apply widget?

It is Recommended to apply the Widget on the Background rather than Foreground, to cope with the Parallax Effect on Wallpapers iOS provides if you don't have Reduce Motion On. Another Reason would be, once the widget is applied, its kind of difficult if placed on Foreground to open the General Xen HTML Settings of the widget, as the Widget tends to override all the touch inputs in its favour.

For iOS 13 users -
  • Make sure you hide all your apps in the first page of your homescreen! As it is an OPW, you can't either have apps on the screen nor a dock, as these would tend to interfere the working of the widget (touch input).
  • There are many ways to hide your apps, either through something like Lynx/Springtomize/Any Springboard Tweak, or just keep your first page of the homescreen blank.
  • iOS has this neat feature where you can keep the first page of the homescreen completely blank, without any icons, so where do all the icons go? They can be just moved to the second screen. This way the First screen stays blank and from the second screen the homescreen will have all the Apps.
  • After doing this, make sure your Dock is also empty, move those dock apps to your second page.
  • Then go through Xen HTML Settings, -> Homescreen. Make sure under Element Visibility you have:
  1. Hide Dock Blur enabled
  2. Hide Page Indicators enabled
  • Under Miscellaneous you have:
  1. Allow Touch on Background enabled
  • Then go to Background Widgets -> Add Widget -> lumia
  • Go through all the settings required and apply the widget, thats it.
For iOS 14 users -
  • Make sure you hide all your apps in the first page of your homescreen!
  • iOS 14 has this Awesome feature, where you can remove the apps from the Homescreen, they all will be saved in iOS' own App Drawer called the App Library. So go through each app and make sure to remove it from the Homescreen.
  • After doing this, make sure your Dock is also empty, by removing it from the Homescreen.

How to get those Awesome Tiles?

  • When you first apply the widget, you will be greeted with the App List without any Tiles pinned.
  • In the App List, you have to tap and hold on any app for like 500 milliseconds until a menu pops up asking if you want to cancel or pin the app on the start screen.
  • When you pin your app you can tap on the windows icon on the navigation bar at the bottom to scroll to the Start Screen (or you can also scroll through a swipe gesture)

How to Change individual Tiles?

Just tap and hold on any tile for like 500 milliseconds until a menu pops up. Try Experimenting with all the Settings until you have something you desire!
