Get rid of the ugly gap at the top of the control center !!

Keeps the statusbar (iPhone X) intact, statusbar coming soon for all devices. Works on all iPhones, not tested on iPads and removes the chevron on non-x devices.

Enable and disable status labels in the CC and enable disable statusbar in the CC. Works with BetterCCXI and other CC tweaks.

You can now change the gap in settings. You can disable the tweak without a respring but after enabling again it needs a respring. All other settings do not require a respring.
