A working Pokemon Go Jailbreak Detection Bypass to be used WITH NoSub (palbreak w/ options).

If you are still receiving the "Can't retrieve data from the server" error, kill the app in the app switcher and try again. It can take a handful of times before it lets you in, but once it does it works just fine. This is a known bug.
