Choose a sound to play when unplugging from charger and a battery level alert !!

Perfect companion to Malipo !! (Malipo plays sound when connecting charger)

Sounds can now override mute switch, can be enabled/disabled in settings for plugging in, unplugging and the battery level alert.

Can select from UISounds as well as Malipo sounds (Thanks iKilledAppl3 !!)
